Both John and Matt come from real estate backgrounds; John, after spending 20 years as a plumber, sought a career that aligned with his management and marketing skills. Matt’s foundation comes from a family deeply rooted in the industry, bolstered by his economics degree from Gonzaga University. Their shared commitment to mentorship drives them to cultivate talent within their team, believing in training agents to eventually establish their own paths.

Beyond their professional lives, John and Matt prioritize family and community involvement. John, a wildlife photographer and author, shares his life with his wife, Tracy, and three children, alongside five grandchildren. Matt, married to Elizabeth and has two children, has a passion for golf and art collection. Together, they support various charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson.
